Refunds Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the service you have received from LFDS Ltd you may request a re-treatment or refund.

To request a re-treatment or refund it is necessary to notify us within seven days from the date you received the service, please have your invoice at hand as you will need to quote your order number and date of purchase and contact us at refunds@kwik-pest.co.uk

Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order.
